Insurance
Out-of-Network Provider: Olivia Rosenzweig Mental Health Counseling is currently out-of-network with all insurance plans. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
How Out-of-Network Reimbursement Works
- You pay the full session fee at the time of service
- The practice provides you with a detailed receipt (superbill)
- You submit the superbill to your insurance company
- Your insurance reimburses you directly based on your out-of-network benefits
Reimbursement rates vary by plan. It's recommended you contact your insurance provider to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning services.

- What is my out-of-network deductible?
